Every Vincero watch is backed by a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If your timepiece malfunctions due to a production error, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 365-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused item in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Are Vincero watches water-resistant?
